Currently we are accepting the following:
VA insurance. You must get a referral from your practitioner or specialist first. Once we receive the referral we will contact you to make an appointment.
Medical Flex Spending account. Transactions are made through your FSA debit card. If you are paying through a Medical Flex Spending Account (FSA, HRA, HSA, MSA's, etc.), please be sure to bring your medical debit card for this transaction at the time of appointment. You will be emailed an invoice and receipt with the proper information to present to your insurance company at the time of the transaction.
